Payment & Check-in

The remaining amount (if any) + the security deposit must be paid upon check-in
Property inspection required upon arrival. Check cleanliness and inform staff immediately of any concerns
Staff must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit
Security deposit will be forfeited if leaving without staff notification. Guests are responsible for damages from leaving doors open

Prohibited Actions

Preserve the property and use contents with care
Strictly no soap/dirt in swimming pools
Children must be supervised at all times around swimming pools (parental responsibility)
BBQ only in designated areas
No smoking inside rooms (300 AED fine)
Furniture moving and decor modifications prohibited

500 AED cleaning fee for excessive mess
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:30 AM (500 AED late check-out fee)
