Payment & Check-in

The remaining amount (if any) + the security deposit must be paid upon check-in

Upon arrival, ask the employee to tour the place, and check the cleanliness and sterilization yourself, and if you have any comments, inform him immediately

The employee must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit

In the event of departure before the employee arrives, the security deposit will be deducted in full, and guests are responsible for any damages resulting from leaving the doors open

Furniture moving and decor modifications are prohibited. Any violation will result in a deduction of the security deposit

An additional fee be charged if the property is left excessively dirty. (500 dirhams)

Check-out must not exceed 11:30 AM (a fine of 500 dirhams)

Smoking inside villa: 300 AED fine

Cancellation & Date Change Policy

This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

In case of no-show, the full amount will be deducted

To change the date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date, and a change fee may be applied
